From greige to bale
Greige
Unfinished cloth is checked for width and weave faults before it reaches the table.
Printing
Dyeing, screen or digital printing, matched against your approved strike-off.
Finishing
Washing, setting and a soft or crisp hand, depending on the fabric.
Checking
Every than is run over the folding table and measured before labelling.
Baling
Packed in HDPE bales with a lot label, then handed to your transporter.
Samples and strike-offs
Ask for a swatch card of up to ten codes by courier. For custom prints we make a strike-off first; the sample charge is adjusted against your first order.
Payment, GST and papers
First orders are on advance; regular buyers move to agreed terms. Every bill is a GST invoice with HSN codes, and an e-way bill travels with the consignment.
